If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
